We offer free shipping to customers in the USA, UK, and EU. For other countries, an additional $15 shipping fee may apply. The final shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Unfortunately, PayPal is not available in Türkiye, so we cannot offer it as a payment option. Instead, we use iyzico, a reliable alternative payment service to securely process your transactions.

All payments are processed through iyzico, a trusted payment service similar to PayPal. Your transaction is safe, secure, and protected every step of the way.

Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 days after purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location or during peak periods like Christmas or holidays.

We are based in Türkiye, and all our products are designed, made, and shipped directly from here to ensure quality and fast delivery.

We use your information only to prepare your shipping label. As a small business, we respect your privacy and do not collect, store, or sell your personal data.

Customization is available in multiple ways—whether it’s adjusting the size or personalizing the design. Design customization can be as simple as adding text, making small changes to an existing design, or creating something entirely new. Customers can also send us their own image; once we prepare it for printing and receive approval, we move forward with production and ship the final rug directly to them.
