Refund and Returns Policy

If a product arrives defective or is not delivered, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund. We are committed to supporting our customers in the event of any issues.

In cases of delivery problems, customers are also responsible for contacting the shipping company regarding lost items. However, we will still provide a refund or replacement as part of our commitment to excellent service.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received—unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being rejected.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or returns simply because the item is not liked. Refunds and replacements are only provided for defective or undelivered products.
